Lynn Richardson exemplifies the poignant saying "Grow Where You Are Planted." Her family's history, traditions and roots run deep in the area, as she is fifth generation in Carroll County. Lynn has witnessed first hand and contributed to the tremendous growth of the county and the surrounding area. Her early equestrian roots and passion for volunteer work and Historic Preservation led Lynn into real estate, where as a Senior ABR® Representative for RE/MAX she has built a substantial track record of excellent service to her clients.

 EQUESTRIAN ROOTS
Growing up, she was involved in numerous equestrian activities including Hoofbeat 4-H and Green Spring Valley Pony Club. After traveling to Porlock Vale Riding Academy in England for her British Horse Society Instructor Certification, she returned home to Carroll County and established Gone Away Farm, Inc. At Gone Away Farm, she founded a riding lesson program while training Nationally-rated horses. Later, Lynn was a founding member of the Wakefield Valley Pony Club and Carrollton Hounds Hunt Club. She was also President of Maryland Combined Training Association and started the nation's first Pony Club Tetrathalon program.
 FAMILY ROOTS
Lynn believes that appreciation for our past helps us embrace the future. Lynn's grandchildren are the seventh generation rooted in Carroll County. All generations have been raised with a pride in family tradition, as taught by parents and grandparents. From Lynn's love of gardening with her grandsons to running with her daughters, she has always put her family first and foremost. Lynn's daily goal is to help make this world a better place for all to live in.
